Acceptance of Terms
·By accessing or using MUT Manager ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
·You must be at least 13 years of age to use MUT Manager. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Description of Service
·MUT Manager is an independent third-party tool that interfaces with Madden Ultimate Team via EA's APIs. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by EA Sports or the NFL.
·The Service allows you to manage your Madden Ultimate Team binder, interact with the auction house, open packs, complete sets, and track your collection.
Account & Access
·You must authorize MUT Manager through EA's OAuth system to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your EA account.
·You may not share your account with others or use the Service on behalf of multiple EA accounts simultaneously.
·We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or abuse of the Service.
Subscription & Billing
·MUT Manager is offered on a subscription basis with Standard and Pro tiers. Standard is billed at $4.99/month or $47.99/year. Pro is billed at $14.99/month or $134.99/year.
·Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
·You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
·We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
Acceptable Use
·You agree to use the Service only for lawful personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.
·You may not use the Service to automate bulk transactions in ways that violate EA's Terms of Service.
·You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's infrastructure.
·You may not resell or sublicense access to the Service.
Disclaimers
·MUT Manager is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, as the Service depends on EA's APIs which may change or become unavailable at any time.
·EA Sports may update its systems in ways that temporarily or permanently affect MUT Manager's functionality. In such cases, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
·We are not responsible for any in-game items, coins, or data lost as a result of using the Service.
Limitation of Liability
·To the fullest extent permitted by law, MUT Manager's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
·We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Intellectual Property
·All original content, design, and code of MUT Manager is owned by its operators. You may not copy or redistribute it without permission.
·Madden, MUT, and related marks are trademarks of EA Sports. MUT Manager has no affiliation with or license from EA Sports.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
