·Account information: When you sign in via EA OAuth, we receive a temporary access token that lets us interact with Madden Ultimate Team on your behalf. We do not receive or store your EA password.
·Usage data: We may collect anonymized usage statistics (pages visited, features used) to improve the service. This data is never sold.
·Payment information: Billing is handled entirely by our payment processor. We do not store your card number or payment details on our servers.
How We Use Your Information
·To operate and provide the MUT Manager service — including binder management, auction house access, pack tracking, and set completion.
·To authenticate your session and maintain your preferences.
·To communicate important service updates, billing notices, and security alerts.
·We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Storage & Security
·EA access tokens are stored securely and are used only to make requests on your behalf during your active session.
·We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for all data in transit.
·Your data is stored on servers located in the United States.
Third-Party Services
·EA Sports: We use EA's OAuth system to authenticate users. Your use of this service is also subject to EA's Privacy Policy.
·Payment processor: Subscription billing is handled by a PCI-compliant third-party processor. We receive only a transaction confirmation, not your card details.
·Analytics: We may use privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand aggregate usage patterns.
Your Rights
·You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
·You may revoke MUT Manager's access to your EA account at any time via EA's connected applications settings.
·If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including access, rectification, and portability of your data.
