Affiliate Agreement

Overview

·This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation in the MUT Manager Affiliate Program ("Program"). By registering as an affiliate, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Terms of Service.

·MUT Manager ("we", "us", or "our") operates a web-based companion tool for Madden Ultimate Team players. The Program allows you to earn commission by referring new paying subscribers to MUT Manager.

Eligibility

·You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Program.

·You must have an active MUT Manager account in good standing.

·You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.

·We reserve the right to reject or revoke affiliate status at our discretion.

Commission Structure

·The standard commission rate is 20% of the referred subscriber's payment amount, recurring for as long as the referred subscriber remains actively subscribed.

·Commission is calculated on the net payment amount received by MUT Manager (after payment processor fees are not deducted; commission is based on the gross subscription charge).

·Commission is earned on successful subscription payments only. Free trials do not generate commission until the trial converts to a paid subscription.

·If a referred subscriber requests a refund, chargeback, or has their payment reversed, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your pending earnings.

·Commission is not earned on referrals of your own account or accounts associated with you.

Referral Codes & Links

·Upon registration, you will receive a unique referral code. You may customize this code at any time through your affiliate dashboard, subject to availability and our approval.

·Codes must be 4–20 characters and may contain only letters and numbers. Codes may not contain profanity, trademarks you do not own, or misleading terms.

·Your referral link directs users to the MUT Manager pricing page with your code automatically applied.

·If you change your code, previous links using your old code will no longer function. You are responsible for updating any published links.

·We reserve the right to revoke or require changes to any code that violates these terms.

Payouts

·Payouts are processed monthly, on or around the 1st of each month.

·The minimum payout threshold is $5.00. Balances below this threshold will roll over to the next month.

·To receive a payout, you must submit a payout request through your affiliate dashboard with valid payout details (PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, or bank transfer).

·Payout requests submitted before the monthly processing date will be included in that month's batch. Requests submitted after will be processed the following month.

·You are responsible for providing accurate and current payout details. We are not liable for payouts sent to incorrect or outdated information you provided.

·Payout processing may take up to 10 business days from the monthly processing date to appear in your account.

Tax Obligations

·You are responsible for any taxes owed on affiliate earnings. MUT Manager does not withhold taxes from payouts.

·For US-based affiliates who earn $600 or more in a calendar year, you must provide a completed W-9 form before further payouts can be processed. We will issue a Form 1099-NEC as required by IRS regulations.

·Failure to provide required tax documentation when requested may result in delayed or withheld payouts.

·Non-US affiliates should consult their local tax authorities regarding their tax obligations.

Permitted Marketing

·You may promote your referral link through: social media posts, YouTube videos, Twitch streams, blog posts, podcasts, email to your own opt-in subscribers, Discord communities (with owner permission), and other legitimate content channels.

·All promotional content must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship. Use disclosures such as "affiliate link", "#ad", or "sponsored" prominently near the promotion.

·You are encouraged to provide honest reviews and demonstrations. You are not required to give a positive review, and you should not make claims you cannot substantiate.

·You may create content comparing MUT Manager to other tools, provided comparisons are factual and fair.

Prohibited Marketing

·Spam email or unsolicited bulk messages of any kind.

·Unsolicited direct messages to individuals who have not expressed interest.

·Misleading, deceptive, or false advertising.

·Bidding on "MUT Manager" or related trademarks in search engine advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).

·Creating fake social media accounts or impersonating MUT Manager, EA Sports, or any other brand.

·Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any technique that sets tracking without genuine user action.

·Promising guaranteed coins, guaranteed snipes, guaranteed account safety, or any outcome we do not control.

·Claiming MUT Manager is affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by EA Sports or the NFL.

·Any practice that violates applicable advertising laws, consumer protection laws, or platform terms of service.

·Promoting your link in MUT Manager's own support channels, community spaces, or to existing MUT Manager subscribers.

Reporting & Dashboard

·Your affiliate dashboard displays your referral code, available balance, total paid out, active subscriber count, projected monthly earnings, conversion history, and payout history.

·Active subscriber count reflects the number of referred users with currently active paid subscriptions.

·Projected monthly earnings is an estimate based on the most recent commission per active subscription and may vary if subscribers change plans, cancel, or if subscription pricing changes.

·We do not reveal the identity, personal information, or contact details of your referred subscribers. You will only see aggregate statistics and commission records.

·Statistics are provided for informational purposes and may be subject to adjustment for refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity.

Termination

·Either party may terminate this affiliate relationship at any time by contacting support@mutmanager.gg.

·Upon termination by you, pending commissions for active referrals will be paid out in the next monthly cycle. No further commissions will accrue.

·Upon termination by us for cause (violation of this Agreement, fraud, or abuse), pending commissions may be forfeited.

·Upon termination by us without cause, pending commissions for active referrals will be paid out in the next monthly cycle.

·After termination, you must immediately stop using your referral link and remove promotional content featuring MUT Manager, unless otherwise agreed.

Changes to This Agreement

·We may update this Agreement periodically. We will notify active affiliates of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before changes take effect.

·Continued participation in the Program after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

·If you do not agree with changes, you may terminate your affiliate account before the effective date.
